Here is a case where an addition can link together two formerly separate structures. To the right in the first shot is the main house, to the left is the Garage. We designed and built a bridging link that contains a Home Office, and a new stairway that leads to the lower grade at the rear of the house. The new space opens up great views to a lake, and includes a new Guest Bedroom on the grade floor. The Screened Porch is also new, and the Great Room addition to the left in the rear of the house predated my work (and was never to my liking!)
