This 1930's Arts and Crafts styled house is built into a hill, and when I started with it, it was just the house you see to the right. The Garage wing was added to the left side, and has a two-bay Garage on the grade level, and a Master Bedroom Suite on the Second floor. The driveway approach is also new, there was previously just curbside parking.
