This Carriage House is attached to an1890s Federal Revival style house. The Carriage House had an unfinished second floor in which we designed and built a sunny two bedroom apartment. A new elevator allows easy passage between the Basement, Garage Level, and the second floor Apartment for a potential use by the owner's parents. The exterior of the Carriage House was restored as well, as was the main house, seen elsewhere in this site.
