This small, nicely detailed Royal Barry Wills Cape dates from the 1940s. We created a two-sory addition at the rear that accommodates new Bedrooms on the second floor, and a new Informal Dining Room and Family Room on the first. Many of the other spaces in the house were also redone in keeping with the style of the original.
