This 1930s lakeside house had a detached Garage. We created a new addition that links the House and Garage to create a gracious Hallway and Home Office upstairs, and with the lower grade at the rear, we created a airy stairway that leads down to a Guest Suite with views to the Lake. A new Screen Porch at the rear completes the composition.
