This 1930s Arts and Crafts House sits in a steep urban hillside. The Garage wing is a new addition and includes a Master Bedroom Suite on the second floor. The Library pictured here was the former Master Bedroom, and is now the bridge from the existing house to the new addition. The rest of the main house was renovated to create a pleasing whole with the new wing.
