Like so many old house projects I've been commissioned to do, this once grand house (built around 1907) had fallen into disrepair and neglect. We designed and built a large addition that included a new Kitchen and Informal Dining Room on the first floor, and a Mudroom, Entry Hall, and Family Room at the Basement walk-out level. The rest of the house was entirely renovated, with new Bathrooms, Formal Rooms, and mechanical systems.
