The house is a 1930's French Eclectic Style design, and was in a fairly "tired" state when it was purchased by a new family. All the mechanical systems were redesigned and replaced, all the Interior Rooms were redesigned, and a gut re-do of the Kitchen area allowed for a Butler's Pantry, new Kitchen, and adjacent Family Room/Informal Dining Area. The Basement includes a 60 foot long linking tunnel that connects it to a new Pool House.
