This is an addition to an existing 1880's Italianate flavored Victorian house. The addition houses an elaborate Billiard Room. The large fireplace is flanked by a functional bookcase to the left, and a dummy bookcase, complete with real book spines attached to a pair of doors that open to reveal a large screen TV. The lavish interior of the Billiard Room includes stained poplar woodwork, and a number of masculine Victorian-era flourishes.
