​A once lovely lakeside Colonial Revival had long ago been converted into a nursing home. A new owner couple had the vision to return the house to its former glory. We worked with them to completely restore the house to its single-familly function, complete with new Kitchen, Baths, Formal Rooms, and Bedrooms. An elaborate re-landscaping effort completed the project.
