I have done many spaces that utilize residential elevators, including the one in this converted Carriage House. The door to the right of the stairway is a three-story elevator that goes down one floor to the Garage level, and down again to the Basement. The Carriage House was renovated for potential use by the owner's parents, and is being used as a house manager's apartment in the meantime.
