This old garage addition had a second floor whose purpose was lost to time. It was above a former garage that became a dumping ground for "stuff". We redesigned the upper floor to accommodate a very comfortable Study and TV Room, complete with built-in cabinetry and bookshelves. Below, the old garage became a new exercise room.
